"Pancakes in the Park"

The seventh annual Jerry’s Race Against Muscular Dystrophy, held Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Festival Park and Military Ridge in Verona, welcomed a new addition to the event: Pancakes in the Park. Runners, walkers, spectators and breakfast diners came out to enjoy the all-you-can eat community pancake breakfast, hosted by the Belleville and Verona Kiwanis Clubs. Proceeds from entry fees and breakfast sales benefitted the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA) research and patient care.
