"Pancakes in the Park" with Bucky Badger & Clifford the Big Red Dog!
Hosted by the Belleville & Verona Kiwanis Clubs
The eighth annual Jerry’s Race Against Muscular Dystrophy, held Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Festival Park and Military Ridge in Verona, welcomes the second annual "Pancakes in the Park," featuring visits from Bucky Badger and Clifford the Big Red Dog. From 8-11 a.m., runners, walkers, spectators and breakfast diners are invited to enjoy the all-you-can eat community pancake breakfast, hosted by the Belleville and Verona Kiwanis Clubs. Proceeds from entry fees and breakfast sales benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA) research and patient care. Tickets are just $6 or adults and $4 for kids 12 and under. Advanced ticket for the pancake breakfast can be purchased prior to race day at these six locations:
